We’re hiring a dental hygienist who can help us provide incredible dental care to each of our patients! You’ll conduct preliminary dental exams, help dentists with examinations and procedures, and perform thorough dental cleanings and hygiene exams so patients walk out with a smile. Compensation: $72,000 - $92,000 Responsibilities: Examine patients’ dental health and get an overview of their oral health history Assist dentists with determining the best treatment plan for all kinds of dental diseases Sterilize all dental equipment to make sure everything is properly cleaned Document patient visits and keep health records current Check for issues such as gingivitis, periodontitis, or caries so patients can receive care as soon as the problem is identified Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities Protect patients’ teeth by thoroughly cleaning them and applying fluoride or other sealants Good time management and run on time Effectively diagnose periodontal conditions, including periodontal disease Use an intra-oral camera and iTero scanner for patient education Efficiently administer local anesthetics for your patients, and when Dr. Clark needs help Qualifications: Superb customer service and communication skills Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located Certified to perform CPR Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines About Company Our priority is helping patients achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy & confident smiles.
