Single-owner, owner-operated by Dr. Yuri Sirotinski, with a tenured team and a strong recurring patient base built on long-term relationships rather than insurance volume. No DSO. No corporate structure. No production quotas. We're entering a thoughtful growth phase over the next 3-5 years and looking for a hygienist who wants to grow with us. The Opportunity Full-time Registered Dental Hygienist. Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career hygienist who wants real mentorship and a long-term home , but open to experienced hygienists who value private-practice culture and want out of the corporate grind.
