You are the first voice patients hear and the last smile they see. You own the experience from first call to checkout so patients in pain feel calm, informed, and confident saying âYESâ to the care they need today. What Winning Looks Like in Your First 90 Days You answer 95%+ of calls on the first ring during your shift and return missed calls within 60 seconds. Monthly case acceptance rate goals met. 100% of payments are collected at time of service with clean, accurate entries. 100% of patients asked for a review. Patient reviews mention you by name for being âkind,â âhelpful,â or âmade it easy.â Schedule & Pace This is a fastâpaced, patientâfacing role in an urgent dental clinic. You will work a mix of days and evenings, Currently weekends are not needed but you should plan to work them to help cover your team members potential scheulde swaps. Patients will show up in real pain and high stress; you are the calm, upbeat presence that guides them. This Role Is For You If⦠You like being âthe person on the phonesâ and taking charge of the front. You actually enjoy talking about money and helping people choose a plan. You get energy from a busy lobby, ringing phones, and solving problems fast. You take feedback well and like being measured on clear numbers. This Role Is Not For You If⦠You want MondayâFriday, 9â5 only. You avoid hard conversations about cost, payment, or urgency. You get flustered easily when multiple people need you at once. You bring drama or gossip into the workplace. What You Will Do Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, professional environment. Answer inbound calls, triage urgent needs, and book sameâday and nextâday visits. Present treatment plans in clear English and Spanish and discuss financial options. Comfortably talk about costs and collect payments at time of service. Maintain accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance. Coordinate with the clinical team to keep patient flow smooth and on time. What We Are Looking For 2+ years of dental front office or treatment coordinator experience preferred (will train the right person). Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. Warm, confident communicator on the phone and in person. Comfortable discussing money and treatment costs without flinching. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Team player who knows how front desk drives the practiceâs success. Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus. What We Offer Dental benefits after 90 days. PTO accrual starting at 90 days.
