Job Summary About Us We are a growing, privately-owned prosthodontic practice with two convenient locations in the Salt Lake City and Vineyard areas. We specialize in complex restorative care, dental implants, crowns, bridges, and dentures. We are looking for an experienced (2 year minimum), detail-oriented Dental Assistant who loves making patients smile and can seamlessly support our providers across both of our state-of-the-art facilities The Role As our Prosthodontic Dental Assistant, you will act as the right hand to our prosthodontists. You’ll jump between our two locations to ensure smooth daily operations, high-quality patient care, and accurate lab workflows. Key Responsibilities · Chairside Assistance: Expertly assist during complex restorative and implant procedures. · Patient Care: Greet patients, prep treatment rooms, review health histories, and provide post-op instructions. · Lab Duties: Take high-quality dental impressions, pour/trim models, and fabricate temporary crowns/bridges. · Lab Liaison: Manage the flow of cases, track referrals, and communicate with external dental labs. · Compliance & Sterilization: Maintain strict infection control per OSHA/CDC regulations. · Office Support: Occasionally help with digital charting, inventory management, and scheduling. Qualifications: · Experience: 2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience; prosthodontics or surgical experience is a major plus. · Certifications: Valid Dental Assisting Certificate, including active Radiography/X-ray certification. · Flexibility: Reliable transportation to work out of both the Salt Lake and Vineyard offices. · Tech Savviness: Familiarity with modern digital scanners and dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred) · Soft Skills: Strong manual dexterity, a positive attitude, and a compassionate bedside manner Job Type · Full-time position 32-40 hours per week · Monday – Thursday, possible Fridays in the future · Willing to commute to both locations in Salt Lake City and Vineyard, Utah · Pay starting at $19.00/Hr based on experience Why Join Our Team?
