Position Summary: Dental Assistant Minimum 2 Years Dental Experience Required We are seeking a dependable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and experienced in assisting with a variety of dental procedures while providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities Assist the doctor during dental procedures and patient treatment Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care Support patient flow and maintain schedule efficiency Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards Assist with lab cases, impressions, and clinical setup Work closely with the clinical and front office team to provide exceptional care Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with digital x-rays and charting software Experience with Open Dental preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive pay based on experience PTO and paid holidays
