Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans based on dental and medical histories Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients Administer sedation or anesthesia as needed for complex procedures such as oral surgery or prosthodontics Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations Document all treatments, medical records, and imaging accurately within electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow and patient comfort Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties to provide the highest standard of care Qualifications Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree Active Florida dental license (required) Experience working under HIPAA and patient privacy regulations Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, ethical, and patient-centered approach High attention to detail and personal accountability Ideal Candidate 1â3 years of clinical experience preferred OR recent graduate from AEGD or GPR program Comfortable performing surgical and restorative procedures Team-oriented and eager to grow within the practiceSchedule Ideal Candidate 1â3 years of clinical experience preferred OR recent graduate from AEGD or GPR program Comfortable performing surgical and restorative procedures Team-oriented and eager to grow within the practice Schedule 3 days per week Flexible schedule based on office need Pay: $700.00 per day Work Location: In person
