Position Overview As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience. This position requires previous dental office experience and a strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail. Responsibilities Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service Answer incoming phone calls and manage patient communications Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records Verify dental insurances Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Handle general administrative and front desk duties Assist with treatment scheduling and follow-up Preferred Qualifications Previous dental front office experience required Experience with dental practice management software Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Experience with insurance verification is a plus Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements is a plus Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $25.00/hour for candidates with minimal qualifying experience.
