Dental Hygienist Children's Dental office in Smyrna looking for a fun and energetic hygienist. We have built a strong team and are looking for a new member to join us. This is a full time position that offers competitive pay, 401K, PTO, health and dental benefits. Must have a valid Delaware hygiene license. We are patient-centered practice where your skills make a daily impact. As our Dental Hygienist, you'll do more than clean teeth—you’ll educate, empower, and build lasting relationships with patients. You'll work alongside a supportive team, using state-of-the-art technology to deliver top-notch care in a welcoming environment. What You’ll Do: Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and periodontal care Perform oral cancer screenings and take radiographs Collaborate with the dentist to assess and plan treatment Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Help patients feel at ease with your expertise and empathy Maintain high standards for sterilization, documentation, and OSHA compliance What We’re Looking For: Licensed Dental Hygienist with CPR certification Excellent communication, attention to detail, and patient care skills Comfortable with dental software and radiograph technology A positive attitude and a proactive, team-first mindset Certification in local anesthesia/sedation a plus Perks of the Position: Supportive team and collaborative environment Opportunities for continuing education and growth Meaningful work that improves lives every day If you’re passionate about prevention, love educating patients, and thrive in a friendly, fast-paced setting—we would love to meet you!
