Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up dental tools, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. Assist dentists during restorative, cosmetic, surgical, implant, and other dental procedures. Take digital radiographs and other diagnostic records while following all safety protocols. Manage patient records accurately using Dentrix and other digital systems. Provide chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment. Maintain infection control and sterilization standards according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Assist with digital scanning, treatment presentations, and patient education. Collaborate with the entire team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service. Help maintain inventory and organization of clinical areas. Qualifications Dental assisting experience preferred. Radiology certification required. Experience with Dentrix is a plus. Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols.
