Qualifications : Strong team player with a caring, calm, and positive attitude Reliable, dependable, and consistent in daily performance Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent knowledge and application of infection control procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys working with children and creating a positive experience for young patients and their families Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor Duties included but not limited to: Assist the hygienist with patient care and clinical procedures Help provide an exceptional patient experience through compassionate and attentive care Prepare and break down treatment rooms before and after appointments Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) Assist the hygienist with patient charting and documentation Perform instrument sterilization and maintain infection control protocols Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of operatory rooms Assist with monitoring, organizing, and ordering office and clinical inventory Package, sterilize, and prepare instruments for patient care Perform in-office laundry and support overall office organization Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure efficient daily operations Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm (1 weekday off) Saturdays 7:15 am - 1:00 pm (approx 2 Saturdays a month) Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
