Part-Time Orthodontic Team Member Dr. E Orthodontics 406 Market St. Nanuet, NY 10954 Dr. E Orthodontics is a new and growing orthodontic practice seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Part-Time Orthodontic Team Member to join our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and is committed to making every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors. We are seeking a long-term team member who is interested in growing with our practice. This is not a temporary or summer position. Tentative Schedule Mondays (12p-8p) Thursdays (12p-8p) Some Saturdays (9a-2p) Duties & Responsibilities Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Coordinating patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience Participating in daily clinic operations and administrative tasks Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility Submitting insurance claims and processing pre-authorizations Assisting patients with insurance-related questions Supporting the orthodontic team as needed to maintain an efficient and welcoming office environment Assisting with clinical duties when needed, including taking patient records and photographs Cleaning and maintaining the office and treatment areas Sterilizing instruments and following infection control protocols Preparing and setting up treatment chairs for patient appointments Assisting with other office and clinical responsibilities as needed Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Be bilingual in English and Spanish Have prior experience working in an orthodontic office Possess excellent communication and customer service skills Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Have experience working with dental and orthodontic insurance companies Maintain a positive attitude and work well as part of a team Be passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service Be interested in a long-term position with opportunities for growth Growth Opportunities This position offers the chance to grow with a new and expanding practice.
