We are looking for someone with a passion for dentistry, excellent communication skills, works well in a group setting, energetic, and a friendly and welcoming chairside manner. Our ideal candidate is someone with 2 years proven assisting experienced as well as someone who can excel at the following responsibilities: ● Inventory supplies tracking/Order dental supplies ● Prepare patients for treatment ensuring they are comfortable ● Set up/break down/stock operatories/clean & flip operatories daily ● Sterilize instruments according to regulations ● Maintain OSHA standards in operatories and sterilization ● Assist the dentist with 4+ handed dentistry/assist with clinical chart notation ● Take digital x-rays/NOMAD/CBCT scans/ Panoramic X-rays ● Provide dental treatment post-operative care instructions for patients ● Assist fellow dental assistants/team members when needed ● Lab tasks such as Itero/Lumina scanning, impressions, & managing all lab cases This is a FULL TIME position with the following working hours: ● Monday: 7:00AM - 4:30PM ● Tuesday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM ● Wednesday: 7:30AM - 1:00PM or 5:00PM (Every other Wed half day) ● Thursday: 9:30AM - 6:00PM ● Friday: ER basis only Our benefit package includes a competitive wage based on experience as well as: ● Employee Discount ● PTO (After 1 year) ● Provided Uniform Pay: Starting at $24 per hour, commensurate with experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Paid training Uniform allowance Experience: Dental assisting: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
