As a Dental Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating positive patient experiences, supporting clinical excellence, and helping our community achieve healthy, confident smiles. What You'll Do Greet, welcome, and prepare patients for treatment Build positive relationships through excellent communication and patient care Assist chairside during dental procedures, including suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient positioning Sterilize and organize instruments according to infection control standards Select, mix, and place dental materials as directed Take and process dental radiographs Fabricate temporary restorations and polish dental appliances Provide oral hygiene education and post-operative care instructions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and infection control protocols Assist with equipment maintenance and inventory management Maintain current CPR certification and support emergency procedures when necessary Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Dental Assisting Certificate or Degree Current CPR certification Basic computer proficiency Understanding of HIPAA regulations Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work with patients ages 3 and older Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a one-doctor, two-column schedule Benefits 401(k) plan with 4% employer match after 1 year Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year 2 weeks after 2 years 7 paid holidays after 90 days Dental benefits for you and your immediate family after 90 days Monthly performance bonus opportunities Apply Today!
