Breton Gardens Family Dentistry is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Assistant! We're specifically looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) because we value the additional education, training, and commitment to the dental profession that RDAs bring to our team. Our RDAs play an active role in patient care with opportunities to fabricate temporaries, pack cord, place Curodont and SDF, administer nitrous oxide, perform vitality testing, and assist with a variety of clinical procedures. These responsibilities are an important part of the care we provide and help us deliver an exceptional patient experience. Whether you're already confident with these skills or looking to continue developing them, our experienced team will provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed. We’re a two-doctor, 8-operatory practice where quality always comes first. While we stay busy, we prioritize delivering exceptional care and outcomes for our patients. As a RDA, you’ll primarily work chair-side with Dr. Shipton, though there will be occasions to collaborate with Dr. Fleetwood as well. You'll also be joining a team of four experienced RDAs who genuinely enjoy working together, supporting one another, and creating a positive environment for both patients and teammates.
