Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full Time Grinville Dental Clinic Griffin, Georgia Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate + Monthly Performance Bonus Grinville Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced, patient-focused practice committed to delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. This opportunity is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building patient relationships, values teamwork, and is confident providing periodontal therapy and patient education. Schedule Full-Time * Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Thursday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Friday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Occasional Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (approximately one Saturday per month) Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive dental hygiene examinations * Provide preventive and periodontal therapy * Take diagnostic radiographs * Educate patients on oral health and treatment recommendations * Maintain accurate clinical records * Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care * Support treatment acceptance through patient education and communication Periodontal Experience Required Our practice has a strong periodontal program and a high volume of scaling and root planing (SRP) treatment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable diagnosing periodontal disease, presenting treatment recommendations, and performing SRPs efficiently while maintaining an excellent patient experience.
