Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Location: Atlanta Metro Compensation: $50 -$55 Patient Mix: PPO / FFS Practice Model: Traditional Hygiene - single column 60 min Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM + Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Benefits Eligibility: Employees regularly scheduled to work 30+ hours per week may be eligible for benefits. We’re searching for a dedicated hygienist who thrives on patient education, champions preventive care, and is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience. Your specific practice location will be thoughtfully determined during the interview, taking into account your unique experience, scheduling preferences, and our business needs. What You'll Do Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Conduct periodontal charting and assessments Take diagnostic radiographs Deliver patient education and oral hygiene instruction Identify and communicate treatment needs to patients and providers Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support comprehensive patient care through collaboration with dentists and team members Promote preventive dentistry and long-term oral health Requirements Active Dental Hygiene License in Georgia Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state) Laser Certification Current CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to quality patient care Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Preferred Experience with assisted hygiene models Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments Experience with periodontal therapy Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance Bilingual skills (if applicable to market) Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing Education Support Insurance benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
