iSmile Orthodontics is a thriving, privately owned multi-location orthodontic practice serving the Charlotte area. We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator who is organized, patient-focused, and genuinely loves being the first face (and voice) patients encounter. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth Greet and check in patients upon arrival; ensure a smooth, welcoming experience Check patients out at the end of their visit and schedule follow-up appointments Post patient payments accurately and maintain up-to-date financial records Process insurance payments, verify patient benefits, and investigate claim discrepancies Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, payment options, and insurance benefits Manage and maintain daily scheduling across multiple providers Coordinate with clinical team members to keep patient flow efficient Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Perform general administrative duties including filing, scanning, and data entry Qualifications - Required: Minimum 1 year of experience front office setting Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude Preferred: Experience with Dolphin Management or similar orthodontic/dental software Orthodontic front office experience Strong computer skills as our office is fully digital Benefits Medical, vision insurance, disability & Life insurance Complimentary or discounted orthodontic treatment for employees and immediate family Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution Competitive pay based on experience Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work culture About iSmile Orthodontics - iSmile Orthodontics is a privately owned, patient-first orthodontic practice with four convenient Charlotte-area locations.
