Position Summary The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to complete clinical notes accurately and efficiently. We are seeking a team player who can keep procedures running smoothly, communicate effectively with patients, and support the dentist in delivering high-quality care. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Enter clinical notes and treatment information accurately and efficiently Complete procedure notes promptly and ensure patient charts are up to date Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene Maintain accurate patient records Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Work closely with the team to create an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification preferred Strong computer skills and ability to type efficiently Ability to complete clinical notes accurately and in a timely manner Experience with Open Dental is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off Dental benefits Continuing education and growth opportunities Modern technology and systems Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding practice Schedule Full-time Why Join Fresh Coast Dental?
