Join Our Boutique, Fee-for-Service Dental Practice We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Assistant / Sterilization Technician with a passion for Invisalign treatment to join our boutique, fee-for-service practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients throughout their smile transformation journey and values providing exceptional care in a personalized, non-corporate environment. Unlike large corporate offices, we focus on quality over volume, allowing our team to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering outstanding clinical care. About the Role This dual-role position focuses on assisting with Invisalign treatment and orthodontic patient care , while also supporting clinical operations and instrument sterilization. Responsibilities Assist the doctor with Invisalign procedures and appointments Take digital scans, photographs, and records Deliver and explain aligners to patients Educate patients on Invisalign wear, care, and treatment expectations Monitor patient progress and document treatment updates Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency Support patient scheduling and restorative treatment coordination as needed Perform instrument sterilization and maintain infection control protocols Ensure compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines Organize and stock clinical supplies Support the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Qualifications Dental assisting experience required Orthodontic or Invisalign experience preferred Experience with digital scanning technology is a plus Strong communication and patient education skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Passion for patient care and creating exceptional experiences Reliable and professional appearance Why Join Our Practice?
