Responsibilities Include: Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms and patients for care Take and process dental X-rays Chart treatment and document patient information Educate patients on treatment and oral health recommendations Maintain sterilization protocols and instrument organization Set up and break down operatories efficiently Assist with treatment plan presentation and patient communication Help manage supplies and inventory Support daily office flow and scheduling efficiency Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive patient experience What We're Looking ForQualifications Dental Assisting Certificate, CDA, or RDA preferred X-Ray Certification required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Why Join Tennessee Family Dental Care?
