Your Purpose Helping patients understand their health and confidently choose the care that supports a healthier life. As our Dental Hygienist, you'll build lasting relationships with patients while helping them better understand the connection between oral health and their overall well-being. You'll take time to listen, educate, and guide patients with empathy and professionalism, creating an environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. Your Responsibilities Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate communication. Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, preventive care, and therapeutic hygiene services. Educate patients about the relationship between oral health and overall wellness. Identify risk factors and communicate clinical findings clearly and confidently. Partner with the doctor to help patients understand recommended treatment and next steps. Encourage patients to take an active role in their oral and overall health. Accurately document clinical findings and maintain complete patient records.
