Cross-Trained Dental Assistant / Receptionist We are seeking an experienced, cross-trained Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team and work between our two modern dental practices in Wilmette and Glenview. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable assisting both clinically and at the front desk, and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience. The successful candidate will be a team player who is flexible, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental office Experience with both clinical assisting and front office responsibilities preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Ability to travel between our Wilmette and Glenview locations Schedule (some flexibility available) Wilmette Office Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (approximately one Saturday every two months) Glenview Office Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Optional Additional Hours Friday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM (alternating Fridays; administrative work only) Weekly Hours: 28–34 hours We are a patient-centered practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and creating a positive environment for both our patients and team members.
