We’re a busy, multi-doctor office that runs on teamwork, organization, and staying ahead of the day — not reacting to it. This role is best for someone who likes to stay moving, stay organized, and be part of a team that works together to keep the day running smoothly for both patients and doctors. We perform a wide range of procedures with a strong focus on: Dental Implants Full Arch/All-on-X Cases Oral Surgery & Extractions Bone Grafting & Surgical Procedures Restorative Dentistry Crown & Bridge Procedures Comprehensive Patient Care We're seeking someone who: ✔ Has dental assisting experience and can work independently ✔ Is dependable and shows up ready to work every day ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ✔ Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented ✔ Provides exceptional patient care and helps create an outstanding patient experience ✔ Is comfortable assisting with surgical and restorative procedures (implant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate) At Leonard Dental Group, we take pride in our relationships with our patients and our reputation for delivering high-quality care.
