• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Present treatment plans with confidence and compassion
• Verify insurance benefits and maximize patient understanding
• Discuss financing options and help patients move forward with care
• Schedule appointments and coordinate treatment efficiently
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding communication and follow-up
• Help drive practice growth through exceptional patient experiences

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of dental treatment coordinating experience
• Confident presenting comprehensive treatment plans
• Strong understanding of PPO insurance and financing options
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional, polished, and solutions-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
