Career opportunity: Dentist at Hemet or Palm Desert Dental Office

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and professionalism, Cosmetic Dentistry a big plus.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize advanced dental software such as Dexis, Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and treatment planning.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental health.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment practicing four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information.
• Manage dental office operations efficiently while providing exceptional patient care in accordance with all regulatory standards.

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in Cosmetic Dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control procedures.
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate treatment plans clearly.
• Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Endodontist on Staff @ both locations.
