Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time, Flexible Based on Schedule) Chrysalis Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry | Odessa, FL Chrysalis Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry is seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing boutique dental practice on Thursdays and Fridays . We are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care, confident in educating patients about their oral health, and comfortable making strong clinical recommendations that support optimal periodontal health. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and being an integral part of a high-quality, patient-centered dental team. Schedule Thursdays & Fridays Start date: ASAP What You'll Do Perform adult prophylaxis appointments Provide periodontal maintenance therapy Deliver scaling and root planing (SRP) treatment Complete comprehensive periodontal charting and probing Perform hygiene assessments for doctor's new patient examinations Educate patients on their oral health conditions and treatment needs Confidently discuss periodontal disease, preventive care, and recommended treatment plans Collaborate closely with the doctor to provide exceptional patient care Emphasize restorative treatment needs Qualifications Active Florida Dental Hygiene License Florida Radiograph License CPR Certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical hygiene experience Strong communication and patient education skills Comfortable discussing treatment needs and making clinical recommendations Experience with periodontal therapy and SRP procedures Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a boutique, relationship-driven practice environment Who We Are At Chrysalis Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry, we believe dentistry should be personal.
