What You'll Do Welcome and greet patients Prepare treatment rooms for appointments Take digital photographs and orthodontic X-rays Assist patients and help them feel comfortable during treatment Provide chairside assistance to the orthodontist Maintain accurate patient records and charting Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized workspace Support daily clinical operations and patient care What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-time position Travel between our four office locations: Madison, Clinton, Old Saybrook, and Centerbrook Includes approximately 2 evening shifts per month and 1 Saturday morning per month Benefits 401(k) 401(k) Matching Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid Time Off Employee Discount Uniform Allowance On-the-Job Training Safety Equipment Provided Why Join Child and Adult Orthodontics?
