Part time Dental Assistant - Kids Dental Care - Bristol, CT

Kids Dental Care is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our growing pediatric dental team. Responsibilities -Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures. -Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. -Take digital X-rays. -Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent customer service to children and parents. -Educate patients and families on oral hygiene. -Maintain accurate patient records. -Stock and organize operatories. -Help maintain a clean and efficient clinical environment. -Assist with charting and treatment notes. -Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team. Requirements -Dental Assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience is a plus).\ -Dental Assistant certification preferred. -Current CPR certification. -Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. -Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Positive attitude and strong work ethic. -Reliable and punctual. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
