Part-Time Dental Hygienist (RDH) Chesterbrook Dental Associates is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. Schedule Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation Starting at $50.00 per hour Higher compensation may be available based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and radiographs Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Review medical histories and accurately document clinical findings Assist in identifying treatment needs and communicating recommendations to patients Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide exceptional patient care Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License Local anesthesia certification preferred but not required Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment Experience with dental software preferred but not required (Denticon) What We Offer Starting pay of $50.00 per hour Supportive and team-oriented culture Modern technology and equipment Loyal and established patient base Consistent part-time schedule Excellent work-life balance 2 weeks paid vacation if working more than 16 hours a week (following 90 days probational period after initial hiring) 401(k) plan eligibility after 1 year of employment and having worked 1000 hours Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the future for candidates who are interested If you are a caring, motivated dental hygienist looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with a great team—and the possibility for future growth—we would love to hear from you.
