Join our dedicated team as a Family Dental Office Receptionist! We are your friendly neighborhood dentist and proudly provide a dental home for families and patients of all ages. Responsibilities: - Opening and closing the office for operation. - Greet patients with a welcoming smile. - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar. - Answer phone calls and address inquiries professionally. - Complete patient registration and insurance verification. - Check patients in and out for treatments. - Bill insurance for completed procedures. - Receive and record payments with precision from patients and insurances. - Balance day sheets. - Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. - Availability to work 3 days a week . Our office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 to 5:00 (lunch 12:00 - 1:00). This position is for 24 hours a week.
