We listen first, treat with purpose, and take time to know our patients. WHAT YOU WILL DO As our RDH, you will be a genuine partner in patient care, not just a cleaning appointment. You will have real time with each patient, the autonomy to practice at the top of your license, and a team that supports you in doing it well. Provide comprehensive hygiene care with a preventative, whole-patient focus Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and develop individualized care plans Partner with Dr. Snyder on treatment coordination and patient follow-through Use advanced digital imaging and diagnostics as part of a thorough appointment Build lasting relationships with patients who come back year after year Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture WHAT WE OFFER We know talented hygienists have options.
