Dentistry for Children Dental Office Receptionist (Front Desk) – Now Hiring! Are you friendly, organized, and great on the phone? Join our dental team and be the welcoming face that keeps the day running smoothly! Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM + 1 Saturday/month. What You’ll Do? Greet patients with a warm, professional welcome. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage confirmations. Check patients in/out and collect payments (as needed). Verify/update patient information and assist with paperwork. Support insurance coordination tasks (eligibility, basic questions, scanning forms). Keep the front desk tidy, organized, and running efficiently. What We’re Looking For? Positive attitude and excellent customer service. Strong communication skills (phone + in-person).
