We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about dentistry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing concierge-level patient care. Responsibilities - Provide exceptional chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, implant, and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures. - Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready before each procedure. - Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols. - Take digital radiographs, photographs, CBCT scans, and digital impressions (preferred). - Fabricate and adjust provisional restorations. - Educate patients before, during, and after treatment. - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes. - Coordinate laboratory cases and ensure proper tracking of all cases. - Maintain inventory and assist with ordering clinical supplies. - Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. - Work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative team to maintain an efficient schedule and outstanding patient care. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience (prosthodontic, cosmetic, implant, or full-mouth reconstruction experience preferred). - Florida Dental Radiography Certification. - CPR Certification. - Experience with digital dentistry and scanning technology is preferred. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Professional appearance and demeanor. - Positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care. - Ability to multitask while maintaining the highest standard of excellence.
