Our boutique orthodontic studio is an experienced Treatment Coordinator preferably with orthodontic assisting experience to join our growing team. We are looking for someone energetic, personable, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Coordinate and present new patient consultations Discuss treatment recommendations and financial options with patients and families Assist clinically with orthodontic procedures when needed Comfortable with basic orthodontic wire changes and adjustments Take iTero scans for Invisalign, retainers, and appliances Maintain excellent communication and follow-up with patients Assist with social media content and be comfortable appearing on camera Support a positive, team-oriented office culture Qualifications Prior orthodontic clinical experience is preferred Experience with Invisalign and iTero scanning is a bonus Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, organized, and outgoing personality Must speak English plus at least one additional language Russian and Spanish strongly preferred Comfortable appearing in social media and marketing content Flexibility What We Offer Competitive compensation Modern, technology-driven office Positive and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding orthodontic practice Please send your resume and a short introduction if interested in joining our team to careers@aventuraorthodontist.com.
