What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure a smooth patient flow Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on treatment plans and oral health care Ensure a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient Maintain sterilization protocols and infection control standards Support a positive and efficient team environment What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience required Strong chairside assisting skills and clinical knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and professional demeanor Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented A team player who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Eagerness to learn and grow within a thriving practice Schedule Regular Hours Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Select Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Summer Hours (July & August) Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Select Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Paid sick time 401(k) program Family dental benefits following the probationary period Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented workplace culture Opportunity for long-term career growth and advancement Why Join Our Team?
