Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner - Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing information - Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently - Resolve patients concerns and issues promptly and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing reservations Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong customer service orientation - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information - Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues Experience with Dentrix Experience with dental insurance, pre-authorizations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
