Dental Receptionist/Front Desk - FAMILY DENTISTRY - Oakland, CA

We are seeking a new dental receptionist/front desk for our busy family dental practice in Oakland Chinatown. Duties Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification Collect payments, process co-pays, and handle medical collections as needed Handle multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and assist patients with inquiries Manage filing charts, faxing, scanning, and other duties to support office operations Ensure smooth front desk operations by coordinating patient flow and managing appointment schedules Qualifications Must be fluent in Cantonese and English, knowing Mandarin additionally is preferred Proficiency in computer office skills such as programs like Microsoft Word/Excel Be able to multi-task with organization skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure efficient schedule flow and dental team unity Office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train you Looking forward to hearing from you!
