We're looking for a Clinical Assistant who enjoys working with children, teens, and families, takes pride in delivering excellent patient care, and is excited to grow alongside a modern, relationship-focused practice. How You'll Make a Difference Assist the orthodontist during patient appointments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take digital x-rays, photographs, iTero scans, and impressions Change archwires, ties, deliver appliances, and perform orthodontic procedures as permitted by licensure Educate patients and families about oral hygiene, appliances, and treatment expectations Help patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for throughout treatment Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Work closely with the Patient Experience Coordinator and administrative team to keep the day running smoothly bv Help create an upbeat, welcoming office culture Jump in wherever needed to support the patient experience and flow of the office What We're Looking For Orthodontic assisting experience preferred Tennessee dental assisting credentials as required X-Ray Certification preferred CPR Certification Experience with iTero scanning is a plus Familiarity with orthodontic software is preferred Dependable, organized, and positive Excellent communication and people skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Someone who takes initiative and enjoys learning A person who wants to grow alongside a developing practice We believe technical skills can be taught.
