Utilize advanced dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix for record-keeping and treatment planning. Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to their needs. Collaborate with specialists in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and oral surgery when necessary to coordinate patient care. Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate documentation of procedures performed. Use medical imaging tools effectively for diagnosis while applying knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to inform treatment strategies. Qualifications Valid Minnesota Dental license. Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Proficiency in dental office management software. Excellent skills in patient care, assessment, and communication tailored to diverse patient demographics including pediatrics.
