Supportive and collaborative team culture Growth and development opportunities Opportunity to gain experience working with multiple doctors, teams, and office environments Expand your clinical knowledge and build a diverse skill set Opportunity to network and grow relationships across multiple locations Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours): Monday,Tuesday,Thursday 8-5pm 1 hr lunch Wed, 7:30am-2pm Responsibilities: Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Travel between supported office locations as needed Qualifications: Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation: $18-$20/hour About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
