Pediatric Dental Assistant – Fridays Only - DENTISTRY FOR CHILDREN - West Valley City, UT

Our Pediatric office is currently hiring for a Part time dental assistant. We have an office in Sandy and West Valley and would need to be willing to travel to both offices on occasion. We are looking for someone that is good with kids and wants long term employment. Prefer 1 year of experience but willing to train the right candidate. Pay will depend on experience. Responsibilities Dental Assistant Responsibilities As a dental assistant, you'll be an essential part of the dental team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. Your responsibilities will include: * Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures * Help create a positive and comfortable experience for children * Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments * Take dental X-rays * Polish teeth and apply sealants * Take impressions * Chart treatment and findings for the doctor * Support patients and parents throughout appointments Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required * Experience working with children is preferred * Positive attitude and strong communication skills * Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required Schedule: * Fridays only Pay: * Competitive pay based on experience If you enjoy working with children and want to be part of a fun, supportive dental team, we’d love to hear from you!
