Dental Front Office Assistant Full-Time | $15â25/hour We are a small, private pediatric dental office in San Antonio seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team. Our practice serves children with a wide range of unique medical and health conditions in a calm, welcoming, family-centered environment. Responsibilities Greet patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records Collect payments and explain financial policies when needed Respond to emails, text messages, and patient inquiries Help coordinate patient flow with the clinical team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Assist with general administrative tasks and support the team as needed Requirements Dental office experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable transportation MondayâFriday availability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred (Not Required) Pediatric dental experience Experience working with children Experience working with children with unique medical and health conditions Bilingual (Spanish a plus) Experience with Open Dental software Experience verifying dental insurance and coordinating treatment If you value teamwork, initiative, and being part of a positive, efficient practice culture, we would love to connect with you.
