Position Overview We are currently seeking a dependable, upbeat Office Assistant to join our Administrative team. This role is available as Full-Time (Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday) This position offers long-term growth potential within our practice. What You’ll Be Responsible For Greeting patients and families with warmth and professionalism Managing check-in and check-out processes Answering and directing phone calls Scheduling and confirming appointments Assisting with smooth daily front office operations Helping create a calm and positive experience for young patients Communicating clearly and kindly with parents and guardians Qualifications We Value Experience in pediatric dentistry (preferred) Familiarity with Dentrix software (a plus) Understanding of dental terminology and basic clinical workflows Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Previous dental front desk or receptionist experience If you enjoy working with children, value teamwork, and are looking to grow in a positive, family-focused dental practice, we would love to meet you.
