Registered Dental Assistant Join Our Team at Children's Dental Centre of Irving! Our privately owned dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated RDA to join our clinical team. We are a patient-focused pediatric practice that values teamwork, communication, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients/parents, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed. What You’ll Do: Help coordinate treatment and communicate with patients and parents Assist the clinical team and Doctor Maintain a smooth and efficient patient experience throughout the day What We’re Looking For: Active Dental Assisting License in the state of Texas Coronal polishing, sealants, and N20 monitoring certifications Current BLS certification Dentrix experience Dental Assisting experience Cross-training or willingness to assist in the front office is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Team player with a positive attitude Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Bilingual (Preferred) Sedation, or laser experience (Preferred) Why Join Our Team?
