Dental Assistant - Redwood Dental of Commerce Redwood Dental of Commerce is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical assisting and helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. What You’ll Do Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control standards Prepare patients for treatment and help ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and oral health education Work closely with the dentist, hygienists, and front-office team Help maintain an efficient and positive patient experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time position Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow clinical and administrative skill set Modern, patient-centered dental practice Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (twice per month) Please note: The schedule is expected to change in the future as the practice continues to grow.
