Emerald Isle Dental Studio is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in San Diego. Our office features: Digital dentistry workflows CEREC same-day restorations CBCT imaging iTero scanner and Invisalign In-house prosthodontist A supportive, growth-oriented culture with in office coaching A team that truly enjoys working together Responsibilities Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care Manage instruments, materials, and clinical workflow Support same-day dentistry and digital scanning procedures Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience Requirements Current California RDA license Current CPR certification 2 years of experience with strong chairside assisting skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Positive attitude and professional demeanor that takes initiative Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience with Dentrix Experience with CEREC, primescan and digital dentistry Familiarity with iTero and Invisalign workflows Previous General Dentistry experience (extractions, endodontics, etc.) Bonus if experience with Prosthodontics Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount On-the-job training Paid time off Paid training Work Location: In person
