We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at a new, modern, locally owned dental office focused on providing a comfortable and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, gentle with patients, motivated to learn and grow, and able to work well in a team environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in patient care and is willing to grow with the office. Responsibilities include: Chairside assisting Taking X-rays Preparing and cleaning treatment rooms Sterilizing instruments Helping patients feel comfortable Following OSHA and infection control protocols Assisting with clinical flow and supplies Requirements: Texas RDA license CPR/BLS certification Positive attitude Strong communication skills Dependable and detail-oriented Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Join Our Dental Team?
