Registered Dental Hygienist (Part-Time or Full Time) Our dental office is seeking a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a privately owned family dental practice that prides itself on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and positive environment. We are looking for a hygienist who is efficient, dependable, possesses strong critical-thinking skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with both patients and team members. Part-Time or Full time Schedule (Flexible Days Available): Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM We are flexible and willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that works for both the practice and the hygienist. Responsibilities: Adult and pediatric preventive care Periodontal assessments and treatment planning Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) Administration of local anesthesia Digital radiographs Patient education and oral hygiene instruction Documentation using Dentrix software Collaboration with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive care Qualifications: Active California RDH license Current CPR certification Experience with Dentrix and Dexis preferred Comfortable diagnosing and treating periodontal disease within the scope of hygiene practice Experience performing SRP and periodontal maintenance Laser certification or experience preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Independent thinker with excellent organizational skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer: Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative team environment Modern technology and digital workflow Established patient base Privately owned practice Competitive compensation If you are passionate about patient care and enjoy helping patients improve their oral health while working with a great team, we would love to hear from you.
