What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team Provides compassionate, patient-centered care Has excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Communicates professionally with patients and coworkers Takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience We prefer candidates with: At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols Dental radiography experience Experience with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft experience is a plus) Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is the right fit for our patients, our team, and our culture .
