Now Hiring: Dental Assistantâ¨Growing Periodontal Private Practice We are a modern, growing periodontal private practice seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a start-up practice that is committed to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities include: â Assisting the periodontist during periodontal exams and surgical procedures â Preparing treatment rooms and surgical setups â Sterilization and instrument processing â Taking digital dental X-rays and 3D CBCT imaging â Educating patients before and after treatment â Maintaining accurate clinical records â Helping ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience What weâre looking for: â Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required â A positive attitude and strong work ethic â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills â A willingness to learn and grow â Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail â A team-first mindset with a passion for exceptional patient care Schedule: â Starting at approximately 21â24 hours per week â As our practice continues to grow, the position is expected to increase to 32â34 hours per week If youâre looking for the opportunity to grow with a new periodontal practice where your contributions truly make a difference, weâd love to hear from you!
